HIV AIDS DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING.

CURE FOR HIV AIDS.
Allot has been said about the absence of hiv and aids cure, if you are reading this it is important to know that a lot of scientist all over the world have tried to come up with a remedy for hiv aids only for some their efforts to save lives have been  dismissed by international agencies. In the past we have heard of scientist who invented formula for hiv aids whose efficacy was right and good for hiv aids patients but what happened the international agency and bureaus that i am obliged not to mention said that the drug was working but was disapproved from what they prefer as unknown side effects, in short some of this drugs are dismissed because their negative side effects are not yet known but the truth of the matter is that they cure. Think of Dr. Athur Obel a researcher and lecturer from Kenya whose drug for aids was rejected by the agencies. With my knowledge i have come up with a formula tried and tested practically by the locals but still has not been submitted to the world known agencies for fear of unfair scrutiny. The formula is a synergist with both interactions of conventional and herbal drugs. How the drug works is simple; just by raising the immune cells, T-cells, CD4 among other cells involved in immunological system. The formula is a three month programme that is guaranteed in elevating the CD4 cells, once you purchase the drug we send you with a prescription and advice you to have your CD4 cells checked at the end of 2nd month while on this awesome hiv drug. We treat but God heals, we send back your money if not satisfied with the results.
We receive money via pay pal. It’s very confidential that is why we urge you to send us your country, city, and postal address, and receive the product as a parcel right at your doorstep.

HIV-AIDS DIAGNOSIS AND TEST.

There are several methods of detecting and testing HIV that depends on the urgency, time of infection and others will need high expertise in isolating and diagnosing the HIV virus. Diagnosis of HIV could as well be the detection of signs and symptom associated with HIV AIDS but this method that mostly relies on the physical wellbeing of the suspect is not always effective way to detect hiv-aids and cannot be fully relied because there are so many signs and symptoms of other diseases that manifests as those of hiv-aids. The following are some of the diagnostic tests for hiv-aids;
Elisa test for hiv-aids.
Western blot test.
Strip test.
CD4 cells count.
STRIP TEST.
Strip test for hiv and aids diagnostic test is one of the easiest method of detecting hiv, hiv strip test is the cheapest way and less time consuming in detecting the presence or absence of hiv virus. The technique of identifying hiv virus with this method does not necessarily require any skill. Most strip tests will come with manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines. For many people who wonder where to get hiv strip tests and carry hiv test at home, the answer is that it is very easy and cheap to have the hiv kits, just walk in any of the registered pharmaceutical chemist and get the kits. Nowadays there are many voluntary counsel and testing centres (VCT) that will give you advice while at the same time carrying out the tests for you. Hiv tests at home will give you the privacy and confidentiality as to your status. In spite of all the advantages of hiv strip test there are also shortcomings that could affect the efficiency and accuracy of a strip test, for example if the infection is at incubation period the result could be negative and rule out the you are not infected therefore it is always advisable that you take the next test after a period of three months. Another rare reason is that the hiv strip test could be invalid there for fail to give any results.
HOW TO USE HIV STRIP TEST.
There are two main types of hiv test strips for diagnosis, the most common one is the disposable paper strip that is only used once, others are plastic strips that are highly sterilised after every use. The first step in testing hiv virus with the strip is obtaining sample probably by drawing blood from your middle finger using a prick, in the strip test there is a designated point for placing a drop of the sample for results. After putting blood sample onto the strip allow the sample few minutes to drain and you have your results. It is important for you to know that the results could be either positive or negative and only one is to be followed, first you want to know whether the sample is hiv infected or not, in case there are hiv viruses there will appear two line on the strip, that is the indicator line plus the test line and the results are said to be positive. If a single line appears within the strip the result is deemed as negative meaning that no hiv viruses were found. There could be an anomaly with the results in case of an invalid strip test where no strip indicators are present.
ELISA TEST FOR HIV VIRUS.
ELISA stands for enzyme linked immune sorbent assay. This method is highly recognised for its precision in identifying specific antibodies or antigens in specimen containing hiv virus. An enzyme is introduced to the sample to bind the unknown antigen with antibodies of the hiv virus a chemical substance is added so that the enzymes reaches detectable levels
WESTERN BLOT
Western blot is a technique that improvises the detection of hiv viruses by checking on the availability or absence of antibodies, RNAs and or antigens for hiv virus that causes acquired immunodeficiency disease.
CD4 CELL COUNT.
CD4 are immunological cells that are specific to virus. Once a person becomes infected the virus binds to the CD4 receptor sites and conforms for DNA replication and the virus initiates in the mechanisms of the cells. For example the type of protein to be synthesised is initiated by the infected DNA molecule, hence it is correct to say that once infected the virus becomes part of the DNA. An overload of the virus to the CD4 cells leads to an influx of these cells that plays an immunological role.
In testing hiv virus using CD4 cell count one should have in mind that a normal person has approximately 1200 CD4 cells / mm3. Above 800 CD4 cells/ mm3 is considered to be within the normal range. A person will be said to be a victim of hiv virus if the CD4 cells falls beyond 600 /mm3. Other methods have to be applied to be sure of the ailment since there could be other underlying cause for decline of CD4 cells
